He has led teams in Finance, HR and IT in award winning businesses. From his extensive commercial experience Andrew understands the inseparable link between people performance management and business profitability. His work with Robyn enables INCOMMAND clients to put in place workable and effective performance assessment and business management tools that produce reliable information for profitable decision making. Robyn Moyle
Robyn is an Associate at Incommand and the founder of The H Factor. She has over 25 years of experience working in commercial human resources management. Her interest in performance cultures has led to her developing practical tools that cultivate staff motivation to contribute to business objectives. She has implemented these tools in many situations to create highly valuable outcomes for business owners. Robyn's work with Andrew enables INCOMMAND clients to gain deeper understanding of the way staff contribute to the business performance and put in place systems that can consistently give management and staff reliable feedback for effective people development.
